Privacy, Support & Release Notes

Webhook Manager stores no data of its own. It reads and writes webhook subscriptions through the ServiceM8 API, and sends reachability checks and test payloads to your callback URLs.

The add-on manages your ServiceM8 webhook subscriptions. Event payloads travel directly from ServiceM8 to the third-party callback URLs you configure — they do not pass through, or get stored by, the add-on.

  • Data stored by the add-on: none — Webhook Manager stores no data of its own.
  • Reachability checks: OPTIONS requests sent to your callback URLs.
  • Test payloads: a small JSON POST sent to your callback URLs.
  • Event payloads: sent directly from ServiceM8 to your callback URLs.

Support is available through Get In The Cloud DevOps. Release notes are updated with each version — confirm the current version in the add-on store entry before reporting an issue.
