ServiceM8 Add-on

Manage every ServiceM8 webhook in one list

List, create, edit, test, reactivate and delete your ServiceM8 event webhook subscriptions from one screen — connect Zapier, Make, n8n, CRMs and your own servers without touching the API.

Features

What Webhook Manager does

Everything you need to manage ServiceM8 event webhooks — create, edit, test, reactivate and delete, with status checks and duplicate protection.

One list of webhooks

See every active ServiceM8 webhook subscription in one place, with reachability status and response time.

Create & edit in a modal

Pick an event, paste a callback URL and set a unique ID — with duplicate protection and validation as you type.

Test & reactivate

Send a test payload to any callback URL, and reactivate Failed or Deleted webhooks in place after you fix the endpoint.

Status & reachability

An OPTIONS check shows which endpoints are reachable, and a collapsed Deleted group keeps inactive webhooks out of the way.

How it works

Four steps from install to a tested, active webhook.

1

Activate Add-on

Install Webhook Manager from the ServiceM8 add-on store and approve the OAuth connection.

2

Open from the Menu

Select the Webhook Manager item in the ServiceM8 menu to open the full webhook list.

3

Create a Webhook

Pick an event, enter your callback URL and unique ID, and save — with duplicate protection as you type.

4

Test & Reactivate

Test any webhook with a payload, and reactivate Failed or Deleted webhooks after fixing the endpoint.

Connect anything

Built for automation platforms, CRMs and your own servers

Webhook Manager works with any endpoint that accepts JSON POSTs. Register a callback URL for a ServiceM8 event and the payload flows directly from ServiceM8 to that URL.

Automation platforms — Zapier, Make and n8n
CRMs — Field Flow, HubSpot and Go High Level
Your own servers and serverless functions
Duplicate protection — same event plus URL can't be registered twice
