Webhook Manager Section 02

Installation & Activation

Webhook Manager is installed from the ServiceM8 add-on store. Activation approves the permissions the add-on needs to read and manage your webhook subscriptions.

  1. 1Open the ServiceM8 add-on store and search for Webhook Manager.
  2. 2Select Install to add it to your ServiceM8 account.
  3. 3Approve the OAuth connection when prompted — this grants the add-on access to manage webhook subscriptions through the ServiceM8 API.
  4. 4Open the ServiceM8 menu and select the "Webhook Manager" item to launch the add-on.

If you do not see Webhook Manager in the menu after installing, refresh the page or sign out and back in to ServiceM8. The menu item appears once activation is complete.
