Section 01Getting Started
Webhook Manager is a ServiceM8 add-on that lists, creates, edits, deletes, tests and reactivates your ServiceM8 event webhook subscriptions — all from one screen inside ServiceM8.
Webhook Manager opens from the ServiceM8 menu item labelled "Webhook Manager". You do not need a separate app or dashboard — the whole tool runs inside ServiceM8.
When it opens you see a toolbar with Refresh and Create webhook, followed by the Active table. Below it is a collapsed Deleted (n) section that expands to show two groups: Failed and Deleted.
- Active — every webhook subscription currently live and receiving ServiceM8 events.
- Deleted (n) — a collapsed group that expands into Failed and Deleted.
- Failed — inactive subscriptions whose last failure was within the past month.
- Deleted — inactive subscriptions with no failure, or a failure more than a month old.
