Calendar Invite is a ServiceM8 add-on that lets office staff create a calendar file from a job's upcoming bookings and email it to a customer with the scheduled times and an attachment.
Calendar Invite opens as a job action inside ServiceM8. You start from a job that already has upcoming scheduled bookings, select the visits you want on the invite, create the .ics file on the job card, and send one email with the invite attached.
The add-on uses your ServiceM8 vendor timezone for display times and calendar data, so the times shown in the email and the .ics file match your business timezone.
- Open Calendar Invite from a ServiceM8 job that has upcoming bookings.
- Tick the visits you want on the invite — past bookings are hidden from the list.
- Create a .ics file on the job card and send one email with the invite attached.
