Privacy, Support & Release Notes

Plan data lives on the job and a staff note is added when a plan is saved. Support is available through Get In The Cloud DevOps.

Your plan is stored against the ServiceM8 job it was created on, using the storage key drawing-v1. A staff note is added to the job diary when a plan is saved, so your team has a record of the plan.

  • Plan data: stored on the job (storage key drawing-v1).
  • Export: JPEG attachment on the job.
  • Support: contact Get In The Cloud DevOps via the support page.

Release notes are updated with each version. Confirm the current version in the add-on store entry before reporting an issue.
