Installation & Activation

Plan Pad is installed from the ServiceM8 add-on store. Activation approves the permissions the add-on needs to save plans back to your jobs.

  1. 1Open the ServiceM8 add-on store and search for Plan Pad.
  2. 2Select Install to add it to your ServiceM8 account.
  3. 3Approve the OAuth connection when prompted — this grants the add-on access to jobs, attachments and storage it needs.
  4. 4Open any ServiceM8 job and look for the Plan Pad action in the job actions menu.

If you do not see Plan Pad on a job after installing, refresh the job card or sign out and back in to ServiceM8. The action appears in the job actions list once activation is complete.
