Daily Workflow

The daily workflow covers everything you do on the pad: outline the site, place stamps, draw lines, measure, add text, and use the Plan panel to control grid, north and scale.

  1. 1Outline the site or area using the line tool to sketch the layout.
  2. 2Drop stamps from your configured stamp packs onto the canvas to mark equipment, fixtures or features.
  3. 3Use the Measure tool to draw blue dimension lines that show real measurements based on your scale.
  4. 4Add text labels to call out areas, notes or references.
  5. 5Open the Plan panel to set grid, north arrow and scale so measurements are accurate.

The Measure tool draws blue dimension lines. The value shown is calculated from the scale set in the Plan panel, so set your scale before measuring for accurate results.
