Getting Started
Plan Pad is a drawing add-on for ServiceM8 that lets you sketch site plans, mark up layouts and capture measurements directly against a job — then save the result back to that job.
Plan Pad opens as a job action inside ServiceM8, so every plan you draw stays connected to the job it belongs to. There is no separate app to log into — you start a plan from the job you are already working on.
When you open Plan Pad, you land on a 900×500 plan canvas. This is your working area for outlining the site, dropping stamps, drawing lines, measuring and adding text before you save.
- Open Plan Pad from a ServiceM8 job action (desktop) or the app action (mobile).
- Draw on a 900×500 canvas with stamps, line, Measure, text and the Plan panel.
- Save the finished plan back to the job as a JPEG attachment.
