How to use QLD Rego Lookup
Look up a Queensland vehicle registration from a ServiceM8 job and keep the results in its Job Diary.
Activate the add-on
In ServiceM8, open Accounts → Features & Integrations, search for Check QLD Rego, and follow the activation prompts.

Open it from a job
Open the relevant job card.
- Desktop: Go to More → Add-ons → Check QLD Rego.
- iOS: Open the job's Actions menu and tap the QLD Rego icon.

Enter the registration
Type the Queensland registration number into Rego (Plate). Check the entry, then select Get Vehicle Details.

Review the results
The results include:
- Number plate
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Vehicle description: year, make and model
- Purpose of use
- Registration status
- Registration expiry date

Find the saved information
The retrieved details are automatically added to the job's Job Diary as a note, ready to reference later.

Return to the job
Select Back to Job Card to continue working.
