Founded in 2014 by husband and wife team Michael and Melinda Knight, the business has grown to incorporate a Business Support team, delivering support and training to its growing client base. 

Get In The Cloud’s Director and Integration and Automation Expert, Michael Knight, has previously worked within the trade and construction industries and as a sole trader. He has seen firsthand how not having the right support systems in place can prove costly at every level and negatively affect customer experience, ultimately impacting a business’s overall profitability.

Michael saw an opportunity to support and educate others in the industry about the business support software available and how to set it up and use it. He emphasises how robust business support systems can help reduce costs, boost business efficiency and productivity, and improve the overall end-consumer experience. And so, Get In The Cloud was founded.
